PITB Invitation to Bid for Janitorial & Housekeeping Services for Citizen Facilitation Centers

Issuer: Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB), Government of the Punjab. PITB invites bids for the provisioning of janitorial and housekeeping services for Citizen Facilitation Centers across Punjab under a framework contract (EGO/1).

Key procurement information:

- Procurement to be completed in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 using a Single Stage - Two Envelope bidding procedure. Technical and financial bids must be submitted separately, duly completed, signed, stamped and in conformity with the Tender Document.

- Tender documents and information are available for free download at: www.pitb.gov.pk and www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk.

- Submission method: Online submission via the Punjab E-Procurement System (eP) at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk. Bidders must register on the eP portal prior to submission.

- Deadline and opening: Bids must be submitted on the eP Portal by 11:00 hours on 2026-09-11. Bids will be opened at 11:30 hours on the same date.

- Mandatory documents: Income/Sales Tax registration certificate and other documents as specified in the Tender Document must accompany bids. Incomplete, unsigned, late or improperly submitted bids will not be considered.
