PITB Invitation to Bid – PCB Prototyping Turnkey Setup for Makerspace Punjab

Issuer: Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB), Government of the Punjab. PITB invites sealed online bids for procurement of lab equipment (PCB machines) for the establishment of Makerspace Punjab (EGOV-13).

Procurement method: Single Stage – Two Envelope procedure in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014. Technical and financial bids must be completed, signed, stamped and submitted separately via the Punjab e-Procurement System.

Tender documents: Available free for download at PITB (www.pitb.gov.pk) and PPRA Punjab (www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk). Electronic submission/registration is via the Punjab E-Procurement Portal: https://ep.punjab.gov.pk. For registration queries contact Punjab E-Procurement support at 1248.

Submission & opening: Bids must be uploaded on the e-Portal well before the deadline. Bids will be opened at 11:30 hours on the closing date. Incomplete, late, unsigned or non-conforming bids will not be considered. Income/Sales tax registration and other documents as specified in the tender must accompany bids.

Important note: PITB may reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to acceptance as per Rule-35 of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.
