Eligibility: Well-reputed & registered authorized dealers, suppliers and government contractors registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and appearing on the Active Taxpayer List (FBR).
Submission instructions: E-bidding documents containing detailed terms, specifications and requirements are available on EPADS. Bidders must submit electronic bids via EPADS by the specified deadline. In addition, bidders are requested to submit one hard copy of technical and financial bids in sealed envelopes to PCSIR Laboratories, Quetta (corresponding to the documents uploaded on EPADS) to facilitate the evaluation process.
Other notes: PCSIR reserves the right to accept or reject all bids or proposals or to change the scope of work as per PPRA rules. Notification of GRC constituted in terms of Rule-48 of PPRA Rules, 2004 will be provided on EPADS.
