CDA Invitation for Bids — Purchase of IT Equipment (Islamabad)

Issuer: Capital Development Authority (CDA), Procurement & Contracts (P&C) Division.

Purpose: Electronic bids are invited on a single-stage, two-envelope basis for the purchase of IT equipment required for CDA, Islamabad. Eligible bidders: well‑reputed IT-related original manufacturers / authorized distributors / suppliers registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax.

Submission method: Bids must be submitted online through E-PADs (vendors.epads.gov.pk, E-PADS Version 2.0). A scanned copy of the refundable bid security must be uploaded on E-PADs; the original bid security (pay order in favor of DDO-P&C, CDA) must be delivered to the office of Director P&C&A-II, CDA before the bid closing time.

• Pre-bid meeting: 2026-09-24 at 11:00 AM in the office of the Director IT, CDA (Block 3, Sector G-7, Islamabad).
• Bid submission deadline (closing): 2026-10-07 at 11:00 AM (online via E-PADs).
• Technical bid opening: 2026-10-07 at 11:30 AM (in presence of bidders or authorized representatives).

Other instructions: Procurement / NIT related information may be requested in writing or by email from the office of Deputy Director P&C, CDA (Block 3, Sector G-7, Islamabad) or via [email protected] within seven days of NIT publication. Only firms registered with PPRA on E-PADs Version 2.0 are eligible to participate. The tender must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a pay order payable to DDO-P&C, CDA.
