District Health Officer Shaheed Benazirabad Invites E-Bids for Drugs, Stationery and Transport Repair (Closing 2026-10-06)

Issuer: Office of the District Health Officer, Shaheed Benazirabad. Dated: 15/09/2026. E-bids are invited through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) from suppliers/firms/manufacturers/importers/authorized distributors registered on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR/SRB for procurement/supply of drugs, medicines, consumables, laboratory items, miscellaneous items, stationery, printing & publication items, and repair of transport for FY 2026–27 under Rule 46(2), Single Stage–Two Envelope procedure.

Submission method: Electronic bids only via EPADS. Manual bids will not be accepted. Interested bidders must register on EPADS prior to submission. Tender documents, terms & conditions and submission procedure can be viewed/downloaded from the Sindh e-procurement portal.

Bid security: A fixed bid security on each quoted item must reach the Procuring Agency before the bid submission deadline as specified in the bidding documents.

Deadlines and opening: Electronic bids must be submitted on EPADS by 2026-10-06 at 13:00 (1:00 pm). Bids will be opened the same day at 13:30 (1:30 pm) at the District Health Office, Shaheed Benazirabad.
