WAPDA invites e-bids from eligible bidders for the supply, installation, testing, commissioning and integration of an Industrial Communication Gateway System for signal interfacing of Jinnah Hydel Power Station on DDP basis. Bidding will be conducted through the e-procurement system (EPADS v2.0) under a Single Stage-One Envelope procedure.

• Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in one of the acceptable forms (Pay Order, Banker’s Cheque, Call Deposit, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft) as specified in the bidding documents. Where applicable, a Bid Security Declaration may be accepted as per the bidding documents.
• All bids must be prepared and submitted online through EPADS v2.0 in accordance with the instructions in the e-bidding documents.
