Accordingly, the seven remaining candidates shall be deemed to have been elected as Directors for a term of three (03) years.
Meeting: The deeming applies in respect of the forthcoming Extraordinary General Meeting scheduled to be held on 2026-09-22.
Additional information: No contested election through voting will be required for these seven candidates.
