Trademark Warning: "TIGER DRY FRUITS" – Cease Unauthorized Use

Issuer: M/s Pentagon Foods Supply (the Client). Intended recipients: the general public and persons engaged in the dry fruits and seeds business (local trade and import).

Notice: The Client is the owner of the registered trademark "TIGER DRY FRUITS" in relation to dry fruits and seeds. The Client states that the trademark is exclusively owned by them and that no license, permission or authority has been granted to any other person or entity in Pakistan or abroad to use, supply, sell or import dry fruits or seeds under this trademark.

Required action: All persons using the above-mentioned trademark in Pakistan or abroad are required to voluntarily discontinue any unauthorized use of the trademark and to stop processing, supplying, selling or importing dry fruits or seeds under the said trademark.

Consequences: If unauthorized use continues, the Client will initiate civil and criminal legal proceedings against infringers and will seek compensation and damages. The Client also reserves the right to pursue confiscation of dry fruits and seeds sold in local markets or imported under the infringing mark.

Scope: Applies to activities in Pakistan and elsewhere; intended to protect reputation, goodwill and consumer recognition associated with the registered trademark.
