Contractors must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (relevant category) for the current financial year and active on the Federal Board of Revenue taxpayers list. Valid NTN and PEC registration are mandatory. Earnest money of 2% of the estimated cost (amounts shown against each item) is required.
