Office of the Medical Superintendent, Punjab Employees Social Security Hospital, Madina Town, Faisalabad invites annual re-tenders through the Punjab e-Procurement system for the financial year 2026-27 from registered firms/manufacturers/sole distributors/individuals/suppliers who are active taxpayers and registered on the Punjab e-Procurement system.

Key instructions and conditions:

- Standard bidding documents (technical specifications/scope of service and terms & condition) can be downloaded from the PESSI website. Bidders must upload bids and required documents on the Punjab e-Procurement system.

- Bidding will be conducted through a Single Stage Two Envelopes procedure in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, rule 38(2)(a). Bids must be uploaded on the PPRA Punjab e-Procurement system.

- It is mandatory for the bidder to participate in all items of a lot where specified. Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost must be submitted electronically on Punjab e-Procurement as per Rule 27 of PPRA Rules 2014.

- Bid validity period is 120 days from the date of submission of bids. Bids will be opened at the stipulated date and time. The procuring agency reserves the right to cancel the tender at any stage as per Rule 35 of PPRA Rules 2014.
