Special Branch, Headquarters Punjab, Lahore invites e-Bids/Proposals through the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP) from well-reputed and financially sound firms, bidders, contractors, general order suppliers, manufacturers or authorized agencies/dealers/suppliers/distributors for multiple supply/service heads. Procurement shall be conducted under Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.
Key dates & submission method
All bids must be submitted online via the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP). E-Bid/Proposal submission deadline: 2026-09-14 at 11:00 AM. E-Bid/Proposal opening (technical): 2026-09-14 at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Financial proposals will be opened after technical evaluation per rules.
Important conditions
Procurement will be carried out through the Punjab e-Procurement System only. Bidders must comply with Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 and upload required documents, affidavits, and bid security as specified. The successful bidders will furnish a performance guarantee of 5% of the contract value under Rule-56 of PPRA Rules, 2014. Incomplete or late submissions or bids not uploaded through eP will not be considered.
