IDAP RFP – Supply, Installation & Maintenance of Physiotherapy Equipment for Nawaz Sharif Institute, Lahore

Infrastructure Development Authority of the Punjab (IDAP) invites proposals (RFP) for the supply, installation, commissioning and maintenance of physiotherapy equipment (Package No. 30, Lot-A & Lot-B) on DAP & DDP basis for the Nawaz Sharif Institute of Cancer Treatment & Research, Lahore. Proposals must be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System.

Key submission and participation instructions:

- All interested bidders must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System to be eligible to participate.

- RFP documents, detailed requirements, terms and conditions are available to registered bidders on the Punjab e-Procurement System (eproc.punjab.gov.pk) and on the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) website.

- RFP proposals (Technical & Financial) must be prepared per the RFP instructions and submitted via the Punjab e-Procurement System. Submission must be made on or before the deadline specified in the RFP; proposals received by any other mode will not be considered.

- The RFP specifies that submissions are not to be later than 03:00 PM; Technical Proposals will be opened on the same day on the Punjab e-Procurement System at 03:30 PM.
