FESCO Faisalabad Invitation for E-Bids – Multiple HT/LT Pole & Line Works (Bids due 2026-09-15)

Faisalabad Electric Supply Company Limited (FESCO) invites electronic bids (EPADS v2.0) from eligible, registered contractors for multiple civil/electrical works consisting primarily of carriage & erection of HT/LT PCC spun hollow poles, HT/LT stringing, transformer erection/installation and associated foundations/maintenance and emergency deposit works. Tender packages are issued under Tender Nos. 20/2026 through 43/2026 and cover various divisions within FESCO jurisdiction. Completion period for the contracts: 12 months.

Key participation requirements and instructions:

- Submission method: Online through EPADS v2.0 portal (registered bidders only).

- Eligibility: Registered with Pakistan Engineering Council for the year 2025-26 with the applicable category/specialization as specified in the bidding documents (EPADS registration required).

- Bid security: Each bid must be accompanied by bid security equal to 2% of the tender amount in favor of Chief Engineer (Operation), FESCO Faisalabad.

- Bid validity and other conditions: As specified in the tender documents. Original bid security/guarantee and other required documents must be submitted as indicated in the bidding instructions.
