Pakistan Navy Tender: Construction of CAT B (180 sq yd) Houses at PNWHS Bin Qasim, Karachi

Naval Headquarters Islamabad (Directorate of Pakistan Navy Welfare Housing Scheme) invites technical and financial bids for the construction of CAT B (180 sq yd) houses at Sector-4, PNWHS Bin Qasim National Highway, Karachi. Eligible PEC-registered contractors with relevant experience and a valid PEC license for 2025-2026 may apply.

Bidding documents are available from PD PNWHS (South), NHS KARSAZ Phase-1, Street No. 09, National Stadium Road, Karachi (Tel: 021-34453323) from 06 July 2026 between 0900–1300 hrs on submission of a written request and payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs.25,000 per set. Sealed technical and financial bids (two-stage; two envelopes — one original and two copies) must reach the PNWHS camp office KARSAZ, Karachi by 20 July 2026, 10:30 hrs. Technical proposals will be opened the same day at 11:00 hrs; financial bids of only technically qualified bidders will be opened later. PNWHS reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
