Mo FE&PT Pre-Qualification Notice for Suppliers — Rawalpindi/Islamabad (FY 2026-27)

The Ministry of Federal Education & Professional Training (M/o FE&PT), Islamabad, invites pre-qualification proposals from reputable suppliers/firms/vendors registered with the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) for e-procurement on EPADS. Eligible firms must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments, be on the FBR Active Taxpayer List (ATL), and be stationed in Rawalpindi/Islamabad for required repair, maintenance and service works during FY 2026-27.

Services required include air travel & accommodation, event management, repair/maintenance of official vehicles (Suzuki, Toyota, Honda, motorcycles, school buses), IT hardware and equipment (computers, printers, laptops, servers), machinery and office equipment (photocopiers, fax, air conditioners, geysers, fans), furniture & fixtures, office building repair/maintenance, and vehicle & rent-a-car services. Submit e-Bids via EPADS (www.eprocure.gov.pk); bidding documents are also on PPRA and the Ministry website. e-Bids must be submitted by 2026-07-21 at 10:00 a.m. Bids will be opened the same day at 10:30 a.m. Mo FE&PT reserves the right to accept or reject any/all offers under PPRA rules 2004 (as amended).
