National Highway Authority (NHA), Muzaffarabad Region, invites e-Bids for Highway Safety Work on Kohala–Muzaffarabad Road (S-2) under Contract HS-AJK-26-S2-01 covering chainage 30–35 km. The estimated cost is Rs. 3.832 million. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Income Tax Department, appear on the FBR Active Taxpayers List, and hold PEC registration C-5 or above with specialization codes CE-01 and CE-10. Procurement method: Single Stage – Two Envelopes.
