Issuer: Military Estates Officer, Lahore Circle. This is a public notice that the following persons are claimed as the legal heirs of the deceased Mr. Shaharyar Ahmad S/o Lt. Col Ittikhar Ahmad Ch, who died on 01-09-2021. A Court judgment/decree dated 29-11-2024 and an affidavit dated 20-07-2026 are referenced. The deceased was the lessee of Plot No.4 (Survey No.113/A/4), measuring 1043.45 Sq Meters, situated at Sarfraz Rafiqui Road, Lahore Cantt.
Anyone having objection to the stated inheritance may submit the objection to the undersigned within 15 days from the publication of this notice. If no objection is received within that period, mutation of leasehold rights for the above plot will be made in favour of the listed legal heirs and no further claims will be entertained.
