Clients of Advocate Babar Sultan intend to acquire/purchase the following land from Anwar-ul-Haq (son of Muhammad Hayat). Any person, firm, company, authority, bank, financial institution or any Government/Semi Government department or joint khatadar having any interest in or aware of any litigation or encumbrance on the land must communicate their adverse interest, claim or objection in writing within seven (7) days of publication to the undersigned. After expiry of this period the clients will have the right to purchase the land and no claim, right, title, interest or objection shall be entertained thereafter.
