Tender: Procurement of IT Equipment & Multimedia Production Equipment — Environment Protection & Climate Change Dept., Punjab

Issuer: Strategic Planning & Implementation Unit (SP&IU), Environment Protection & Climate Change Department, Government of the Punjab. SP&IU invites sealed e-bids (Technical & Financial bids) for the procurement of IT equipment and multimedia production equipment from firms registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments. Joint ventures/consortiums are allowed.

- Bid validity: 120 days.

- Submission method: Through Punjab E-Procurement System (e-PP) only. Bids must be submitted on the Punjab E-Procurement System (EPP) on or before 2026-10-01 at 11:00 AM. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.

- Bid security: 2% of the estimated cost must accompany the bid; detailed instructions require uploading the bid security on the Punjab E-Procurement System and submitting the original PSID/deposit as per system instructions. The bid security will be released to unsuccessful bidders after contract signing; the successful bidder's security will be retained until completion of procurement.

- Procedure: Single stage two-envelope procedure as per relevant PPRA rules. Incomplete or conditional bids, and bids without specified bid security, will be rejected.
