Invitation to Bid: HVAC Operation & Maintenance Service Contract — The Children's Hospital & UCHS Lahore

Issuer: The Children's Hospital, University of Child Health Sciences (UCHS), Lahore. Sealed invitation to bid for the operational and maintenance service contract of the HVAC system for the inpatient block (new building).

Procurement method: Electronic procurement through the E-Procurement System of Punjab (PPRA). Interested contractors must register on the Punjab e-Procurement portal and submit electronic bids containing required documentation, forms, and conditions as available on the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority and Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) websites.

Submission & opening: Complete bids comprising Technical and Financial Proposals must be submitted via the E-Procurement System by 11:00 AM on the closing date. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the conference room, Admin block of The Children’s Hospital & UCHS, Lahore, in the presence of bidders or their representatives.

Procurement rules & conditions: Procurement will follow the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (and amendments). Any taxes or duties applicable as per Government of Punjab rules shall be considered.
