PITB Tender: Provisioning of Janitorial & Housekeeping Services for Citizen Facilitation Centers (Framework EGOV-11)

Issuer: Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB). PITB invites bids for provisioning of janitorial and housekeeping services for Citizen Facilitation Centers across Punjab under Framework Contract (EGOV-11). Procurement will follow Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, Single Stage - Two Envelope Bidding Procedure.

Tender documents are available and may be downloaded free of cost from PITB and PPRA websites: www.pitb.gov.pk and www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk. Bidders must submit Technical and Financial Separate Bids, duly completed, signed and stamped, in complete conformity with the Tender Document.

All bids must be submitted online on the Punjab E-Procurement System at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk. Bids must be uploaded on the e-portal until 11:00 hours on 2026-09-11; bids will be opened at 11:30 hours on the same date. Bidders are advised to ensure uploading of bids on the e-Portal well before the submission deadline. PITB will not be responsible for any issues on the portal; for e-portal registration assistance contact 1248.

Incomplete, unsigned, late bids or bids submitted by a method other than the specified e-portal will not be considered. The procuring agency may reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to acceptance in accordance with Rule-35 of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.
