Notice of transfer of ownership for Plot No. 184-A, Category "C", Block "E", measuring approximately 500 sq. yards in Gulshan-e-Benazir Township Scheme (GBTS), Karachi, following the death of the registered owner. The deceased: S.E. Alam (S/O S.N. Hasnat), CNIC 61101-5438703-5, Ex-Director General (Finance), Port Qasim Authority, resident of House No. 129-C, Street No. 26, Mohallah Phase 06, DHA, Karachi. Date of death reported as 30.10.2025.

The plot is being transferred in favor of the following legal heirs. Any person having a claim or objection regarding the plot must notify the Secretary, Gulshan-e-Benazir Township Scheme, PQA Karachi, in writing within fifteen (15) days after issuance of this notice. No claim or objection received after that period will be entertained by GBTS / PQA Administration.
