PITB Tender: Janitorial & Housekeeping Services for Citizen Facilitation Centers (Framework EGOV-11)

Issuer: Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB). PITB invites bids for provisioning of janitorial and housekeeping services for Citizen Facilitation Centers across Punjab under Framework Contract (EGOV-11). Single-stage, two-envelope bidding procedure will be followed in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.

Key submission details:

- Tender documents are available free for download at https://www.pitb.gov.pk and https://www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk.
- Technical and financial bids must be submitted separately, duly completed, signed and stamped.
- Bids must be submitted online via the Punjab E‑Procurement System (EP) at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk.
- Deadline for online submission: 11 September 2026 by 11:00 hours. Bids will be opened on the same date at 11:30 hours.

Important notes:

- Bidders are responsible for uploading their bids on the EP portal before the submission deadline; PITB will not be responsible for portal issues.
- Incomplete, unsigned or late bids will not be considered.
- Income/Sales tax registration certificate and other documents as mentioned in the Tender Document must accompany bids.

- PITB reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per Rule-35 of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.
