Punjab Education Foundation — Monitoring & Evaluation Officers (MEO) Recruitment

Punjab Education Foundation (PEF) invites applications for the post of Monitoring & Evaluation Officers (MEO) for district-wise deployment across Punjab. These are temporary, district-level posts on contract (one year, extendable subject to satisfactory performance).

Key requirements and conditions:

- Candidates must be domiciled in Punjab and available/willing to work in the designated district.
- Candidates must have their own transport and a valid motorcycle license and be able to ride; selected candidates may be required to submit permission from the owner on stamp paper to use a motorcycle.
- Persons dismissed by court, from Armed Forces, or from any Government project are not eligible.
- Shortlisting and written testing will be conducted by Central Testing Service (CTS/CTSP). Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview/test.

- Download and complete the application form from the CTSP portal and submit as instructed on the CTSP/PEF websites.
- Applicants must attach required documents such as CNIC, CNIC‑linked domicile (Punjab), educational certificates, experience certificates (if applicable), passport‑size photograph, and bank deposit slip as specified in the instructions.

Notes:

- PEF reserves the right to increase/decrease the number of posts, or cancel the recruitment, as per policy.
- PEF may reject any application at any stage without assigning reasons.
