PITB Tender: Provisioning Janitorial & Housekeeping Services for Citizen Facilitation Centers (120 Staff)

Issuer: Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB), Government of the Punjab. PITB invites bids for provisioning janitorial and housekeeping services for Citizen Facilitation Centers across Punjab under a framework contract (EGOV-11).

Submission method and deadline: Technical and Financial separate bids (duly completed, signed and stamped) must be submitted online only via the Punjab E-Procurement System (EP) website: https://ep.punjab.gov.pk. Bids must be submitted by 1100 hours on 2026-09-11. Bids will be opened at 1130 hours on the same date.

Documents & eligibility: Tender documents are available free of cost at PITB and PPRA websites: www.pitb.gov.pk and www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk. Income/Sales tax registration certificate and other supporting documents as mentioned in the Tender Document must accompany bids. Bidders must register on the Punjab E-Procurement System to submit bids; for registration/help contact PITB e-Procurement support (query line: 1248).

Other notes: Procurement will follow Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (Single Stage - Two Envelope Bidding Procedure). Incomplete, unsigned, unstamped, or bids submitted by other than specified mode will not be considered. PITB may reject bids or proposals as per Rule-35.
