Tender: Supply of Orthopaedic Implants for Allied‑I Hospital, Faisalabad (2026‑27)

Allied‑I Hospital, Faisalabad (Medical Superintendent) invites e‑bids under a single‑stage, two‑envelope bidding procedure as per PPR‑2014 for the supply of orthopaedic implants for the financial year 2026‑27. Eligible bidders include manufacturers, sole agents or authorized agents of foreign/local principals registered on the e‑Punjab procurement portal.

Bidding documents, specifications and terms & conditions in English are available after publication on the e‑Punjab procurement portal (https://epunjab.gov.pk) and the PPRA website. E‑bids must be submitted online via the e‑Punjab procurement portal.

Submission deadline: Online e‑bids must be submitted on or before 2026‑09‑08 at 11:00 AM. E‑bids will be opened online on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend. Bid validity is 180 days from the date of opening.

Bid security of 2% must be provided in the form of Bank Guarantee, Call Deposit Receipt (CDR), Demand Draft (DD), Pay Order (PO) or banker’s cheque as specified in the bidding documents. Bidders must be registered on the e‑Punjab procurement portal to participate; hard copy technical proposals and original instruments may be required as per instructions in the tender documents.
