WASA Rahim Yar Khan Tender: Framework Contract for RPC Manhole Covers (FY 2026–27)

Water and Sanitation Agency (WASA), Rahim Yar Khan invites e-tenders through the Punjab e-Procurement System for a framework contract for supply/works for the financial year 2026–2027. Interested contractors/firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category may participate.

Key instructions and eligibility:

- Bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category/codes and hold a valid PEC (PEC license) for the 2026–27 year.

- Digital bid security / e-Bid Security equal to 5% of the estimated bid cost in favor of Managing Director, WASA Rahim Yar Khan (NTN No. 9024016-4) is required and must be verifiable on the Punjab e-Procurement System.

- PPRA rules and amendments will be strictly enforced. The procuring agency may reject any bid/proposal prior to acceptance as per PPRA Rules-2014.

- Performance Guarantee (Pay Order, Bank Draft/Cash or Bank Guarantee) will be required (Bank Guarantee validity to extend 03 months beyond the completion date). Performance guarantees issued by insurance companies will not be accepted.

- The uploaded approved DNIT / Bid document must be downloaded by bidders, rates quoted and re-uploaded. Bids not uploaded via the department DNIT with required signatures/stamps will not be accepted.

- Tender validity: Bids will be valid for 90 days. Lowest bidder will be bound to provide performance/security/quality assurance as per PPRA rules. Firms/contractors are responsible for payment of all applicable taxes.

Bid submission / opening:

- Bids must be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System before closing. Opening will be conducted by the Tender Opening Committee in the office of Deputy Director (Engineering), WASA Rahim Yar Khan. Bidders/contractors who submitted bids may attend the opening at the Deputy Director (Engineering), WASA Rahim Yar Khan, District Testing Laboratory, Club Road near Comprehensive High School Rahim Yar Khan.
