Orient Petroleum Inc. invites sealed bids for a three-year crude oil transportation contract to move crude from Dhurnal Oilfield (Tehsil Fateh Jang, District Attock) to Attock Refinery Limited, Morgah, Rawalpindi. The contract term is three (3) years, extendable.
Eligible companies/transporters must have adequate tankers to carry ~50–400 barrels/day, comply with HSE guidelines, possess at least five years' similar experience, hold a National Tax Number, demonstrate sound financial standing, and not be blacklisted. Bid documents are available from the OPI office (Mon–Fri, 09:00–17:00) or by emailing [email protected]. Bids must be submitted to the undersigned by 11:00 Hours on 2026-07-26; bids will be opened publicly at 11:30 Hours the same day.
