Issuer: Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP), Company Registration Office, Islamabad. Notice No. ADR-1 dated 2026-09-01.
Purpose: Under Section 425(3) of the Companies Act, 2017, the Registrar has published the names and registered addresses of companies that are not carrying on business or are not in operation and requires them to show cause within thirty days from the date of this notice. If no cause is shown, the company name will be struck off the register and the company will be dissolved.
