Open Auction Notice – Disposal of Used Oils & Drums, Chashma (29 Sep 2026)

Head Ware House, C/O PO Box No. 5, Chashma, Mianwali (a public sector organization) invites sealed bids / participation in an open auction to dispose of surplus items on an “as-is where-is” basis.

Auction Date & Time: 2026-09-29 at 10:00 am sharp. Auction Place: Auction yard / Admin Office, Head Ware House, Chashma.

Submission & Inspection: Stores may be inspected on site before the start of the auction. Sealed bids inclusive of all admissible taxes must reach the undersigned (Head Ware House) by hand or registered mail on or before 2026-09-29.

Earnest Money / Security: A refundable/adjustable security deposit of 5% of the bid amount must be submitted in the shape of demand draft / pay order payable to Head LAO, PO Box No. 05, Chashma, Mianwali; bids without earnest money will not be entertained.

Payment & Removal: The balance amount shall be paid within 6 working days after approval of the auction and intimation to the successful bidder; failing which the earnest money/security deposit shall be forfeited. The successful bidder shall collect material from the auction yard at their own expense within 10 days after payment of balances; storage charges will apply for delays.

Participation Requirements: Bidders must provide complete business address, telephone/mobile number and attested copies of CNIC along with the bid. Original CNIC must be produced for entry into the auction yard.
