| Qualification | Master's or Bachelor's degree (equivalent to 16 years of education) in Economics, Law, Mathematics, Finance, Business Studies or other relevant background from an HEC-recognized institution |
| Experience | Minimum 15 years of progressively responsible post-qualification relevant experience. Preference to candidates with research publications related to insurance, NBFCs, and securities markets. |
| Contract / Term | Appointment on a contractual basis for three (3) years, extendable based on organizational need and performance. Commission may consider regularization after three years subject to prescribed criteria. |
| Age Limit | Maximum age 50 years as of the application closing date. |
| Reservation / Encouraged Applicants | Applications encouraged from female candidates, minorities, persons with different abilities, and candidates from Balochistan, ex-FATA districts, Gilgit-Baltistan, and Azad Jammu & Kashmir (AJK). |
