Purpose: Final notice under Section 7 of the Muslim Family Laws Ordinance, 1981 for nomination of representatives for constitution of the Arbitration Council in a divorce matter. Party No.2 has not yet appointed a representative or submitted any information. If no nomination is made by the fixed date, proceedings will be conducted ex parte and the divorce certificate will be issued. All expenses and costs will be borne by the concerned party.
