Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Islamabad invites sealed bids from firms registered with income tax and sales tax departments for auction of unserviceable furniture, fixtures and misc. items on an "As Is Where Is" basis.

| Removal of Items | Successful bidder must remove unserviceable items within 3 days after auction date. After 03 days, penalty Rs. 10,000 per day will apply |
| CNIC Requirement | Original CNIC compulsory; successful bidder must deposit original CNIC for record |
| Refunds | Earnest money of unsuccessful bidders will be returned on the spot after auction |
| Authority | Assistant Director (GS-1), Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Islamabad. Ministry reserves the right to accept or reject part or whole of the auction. |
Submit sealed bids and required documents by 14:00 hours on 2026-09-17. For inspection attend during specified hours at the Ministry office in G-5/1, Islamabad.
