Our client intends to acquire / purchase land. Any person, firm, company, authority, bank or financial institution or any Government/Semi-Government department having or claiming any interest, lien, encumbrance or litigation against the described land must submit a written claim or objection to the undersigned within 7 (seven) days of this publication. After expiry of that period the client will have the right to purchase the land and no claim, right, title, interest or objection shall be entertained thereafter.
