Office of the Medical Superintendent, Taluka Hospital Hala (District Matiari) invites sealed single-stage single-envelope bids under SPPRA rules 2010 (Amended 2019) from authorized agents/manufacturers registered with sales tax/income tax authority for supply of medicines, life-saving medical supplies and purchase of plant & machinery.

Eligibility & terms:

• Bidders must have valid NTN certificate and relevant experience in supply during the last three years.
• Minimum turnover requirement: Rs. 1 million during the last three years.
• Bid security: 2.5% of the total quoted value must be furnished in shape of pay order/demand draft in favour of the undersigned.
• Tender fee: Non-refundable Rs. 2,000 per package.
• All rates should be inclusive of all taxes as per government policy.
• Complete tender inquiry with terms and conditions can be downloaded from the authority website or obtained from the hospital procurement office.
• The procuring agency reserves the right to reject or cancel the tender per SPPRA rules.
