MES Tender Notice — Sealed Tenders for Repair, Maintenance & Term Contracts at PAF Bases (GE Air Faisal)

Scope: Sealed tenders are invited for multiple repair, maintenance and term-contract works and bazar supply packages for PAF Bases. Works include building repairs, non-residential building maintenance, term contracts (B&R, E&M, E&S, internal/external services, POL/W/Supply, Sui gas, electrical cable works), and various bazar supply packages. Estimated project costs shown in the notice range generally between approximately Rs. 3.0 million and Rs. 4.0 million.

Eligibility & documents: Only contractors on the approved MES list or contractors from other government departments with proven experience in similar works may apply. Applicants must submit complete credentials and required registration documents (including Pakistan Engineering Council registration and tax/GST/NTN documentation and bank information) as specified in the tender documents.

How to apply: Interested contractors must submit applications to obtain tender documents along with complete credentials as directed. Sealed tenders must be delivered to the accepting office by 11:30 Hrs on 23 Sep and will be opened at 12:00 Hrs on the same date.
