Tender: Energization of C4/C5 Street Lights – DHA City Karachi

Pakistan Defence Officers Housing Authority City Karachi (DHAC) invites sealed bids for the energization of C4/C5 of Sector-4, 13, 12 (C-4) and HCC street lights in DHA City Karachi. Eligible contractors must have valid PEC registration in Category C4 or above (PEC codes CE-09, CE-10, EE-04 & EE-05) and active taxpayer status with FBR & SRB. Tender documents are available from 6 July 2026 from the Design & Contracts Directorate, DHA City Karachi upon written request, submission of PEC certificate and a non-refundable fee of Rs.10,000 (pay order in favour of DHA City Karachi).

Sealed bids must be delivered to the Design & Contracts Directorate, DHA City Karachi (KM 50, Motorway M-9) by 23 July 2026, 1430 hrs. Pre-bid meeting: 14 July 2026 at 1430 hrs (Main Conference Room). Technical proposals will be opened on 23 July 2026 at 1500 hrs; financial proposals of only technically qualified bidders will be opened later. Bid security of 2% of the bid amount (Pay Order/Bank Guarantee/Insurance Bond in favour of DHA City Karachi) must accompany the financial bid.
