SSGC LPG Ltd. Tender Notice — Recruitment Consultancy, Renovation & Washroom Works (Karachi)

SSGC LPG Ltd. invites sealed quotations for multiple works and services at its Karachi Head Office under single-stage, one-envelope bidding procedures. Tender documents and submission instructions are available from the SSGC LPG Head Office (LDC Building, SSGC Karachi Terminal, Main University Road, Karachi).

How to obtain tender documents: Tender documents containing detailed Terms & Conditions, procurement method, submission procedure, bid validity, evaluation criteria and other requirements can be obtained from SSGC LPG Head Office, LDC Building, Karachi Terminal (opposite Safari Park, Main University Road). A non-refundable payment of Rs. 3,000 per set is required by pay order/demand draft in favor of SSGC LPG Limited or by cash payment at the office. Documents are issued Monday to Friday between 09:00 and 16:00 hrs.

Submission requirements and important notes:

• All bids/documents must be sealed, clearly marked with the "Tender enquiry No." and submitted by the date/time and address shown above.
• Requests for issuance of tender documents should be supported by CNIC copy, copy of GST/ST and NTN registration certificates where applicable, and an undertaking on non-judicial stamp paper of Rs.100 certifying supplier status (as stated in tender documents).
• Physical bid bond must be deposited/submitted in the Procurement Department at SSGC LPG Head Office LDC Building before the bid opening; otherwise the bid may be rejected.
• Bids will be opened publicly 30 minutes after the submission deadline at the address mentioned; authorized representatives of bidders may attend.
• SSGC LPG reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to cancel the tender process as per the terms and conditions. Clarifications, addendums or extensions (if any) will be notified only to holders of purchased tender documents.
