Municipal Corporation Gujrat E-Tender: Rehabilitation & Branding of Machinery / Vehicles (Est. PKR 7.5M) – Bid Due 2026-10-02

Issuer: Municipal Corporation Gujrat. E-Tender invited for rehabilitation and branding of machinery and vehicles of Municipal Corporation Gujrat for Financial Year 2025-26. Registered firms/contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and with eP-Punjab as per Government of Punjab requirements.

Key instructions:

- Single-stage, single-envelope e-bidding procedure will be adopted.

- Bids must be uploaded through eP-Punjab; manual submissions will not be accepted.

- Bidders/firms must submit bids by 2026-10-02 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened on 2026-10-02 at 11:30 AM in the office of the Municipal Officer (Inf), Municipal Corporation Gujrat, in the presence of the Tender Opening Committee and contractors or their representatives who choose to attend.

- No cutting/amendment in the bid quoted by contractors through the electronic system is permitted. Telephonic/conditional tenders and bids without earnest money will not be entertained.

- Firms uploading the same CDR for more than one scheme will be considered non-compliant and may be rejected.

- Detailed scope of work and other conditions are available in the office of the Municipal Officer (Inf), Municipal Corporation Gujrat during working days.

- PPRA rules will apply. If the lowest bidder bids 5% or more below the estimated cost, the contractor will be required to deposit additional performance security in the form of a CDR.

- Bidding documents can be obtained and bids uploaded via the eP-Punjab PPRA web site (http://ep.punjab.gov.pk/View_Tender.aspx). Response time will be calculated from the date of publication on the PPRA/eP-Punjab website.
