Engineer‑in‑Chief Branch, GHQ (Military Engineer Services) invites applications with credentials for pre‑qualification of firms/contractors/consultants and issuance of tender documents for works for E‑in‑C Branch, GHQ Rawalpindi in accordance with PPRA Rules 2004.

Key eligibility and requirements:
- Firms must furnish details including work orders, locations and photographs of completed projects with satisfactory completion certificates. Experience in construction, electrical, mechanical, plumbing works/services registered with PEC in the relevant field is required.
- Firms must provide first page of bank statement, NTN certificate and income tax returns for the last three years.
- Only firms meeting the following criteria may apply:
• Enlisted with PEC in Category C‑2 or above in the relevant field with validity up to June 2027.
• Preferably enlisted with MES in Category A. In case of non‑MES‑enlisted firms, 2% bid security will be required (refundable).
- No special/provisional registration (D&I&E) or outstanding recoveries should exist against the firm.
Submission details:
- Applications along with credentials must be submitted to E‑in‑C’s Branch, Gate No.7, GHQ Rawalpindi for pre‑qualification.
- Completed applications will be received in E‑in‑C’s Branch, GHQ Rawalpindi by 11:30 hours on 2026-09-25 and will be opened the same day at 12:00 hours.
- Incomplete applications will not be entertained. The Accepting Officer reserves the right to accept or reject any or all applications as per PPRA Rules 2004.
