Key instructions: Single-stage two-envelope bidding procedure will be adopted. Bids must be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System (EP) on or before the receiving time above. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at the stated opening time. Bid security of 5% of the estimated cost must be submitted as CDR/Bank Guarantee (valid for bid validity period + 20 days) through the EP system before bid submission closes. Procurement will follow Punjab Procurement Rules and PPRA regulations. Tender documents, terms and conditions, and required bid forms are available on the Punjab e-Procurement portal (eproc.punjab.gov.pk) and the PPRA website. Only bids submitted via the EP system will be considered.
