NUST SCME Tender for Supply of Project Lab Equipment — Tender Ref. 803/02/ProjEqpt/SCME/2026-27

School of Chemical & Materials Engineering (SCME), National University of Sciences & Technology (NUST), Islamabad, invites bids for the supply of project laboratory equipment under Tender Reference No. 803/02/ProjEqpt/SCME/2026-27. Bidders must be registered on the Federal Government e-Procurement & Disposal System (E-PADS) and meet sales tax and Active Taxpayers List requirements.

How to apply / submit bids: Download and submit bids only through the e-Procurement & Disposal System (E-PADS) at https://eprocure.gov.pk. Manual or physical bid submission without using E-PADS will not be accepted.

Eligibility & pre-conditions: Firms must be registered on E-PADS for e-procurement, have valid Sales Tax registration, and be listed on the Active Taxpayers List.

Tender fee: Pay order / bank draft of Rs. 3,000/- (non-refundable) in favor of SCME-NUST Islamabad to be dispatched before the opening date as instructed in the bid documents.

Delivery & other conditions: Items shall be delivered to SCME/NUST labs at the supplier's expense unless specified otherwise. Tender documents include full specifications, terms and conditions and can be downloaded from E-PADS. If the published opening date is a Public Holiday, the next working day will be considered the opening date.
