Tender Notice – Repair & Miscellaneous Services at Govt. Boys Degree College Khaplu (FY 2026-27)

Office of the Principal, Government Boys Degree College Khaplu (Ghanche) invites sealed tenders/quotations from government contractors, suppliers, auto-workshop owners and firms for supply and works for the financial year 2026-27.

Key deadlines & document access: Tender closing / last date for submission and opening: 2026-09-22. Tender documents/bidding forms can be obtained from the college office during office hours on 2026-09-22 between 09:00 AM and 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened on 2026-09-22 at 12:00 PM.

Bid security & fees: Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) of 2.5% of the bid value for each lot. Tender forms/documents are available against a non-refundable fee (Treasury Challan) of Rs. 4,000.

Submission & eligibility: Documents must be submitted to the Office of the Principal, Govt. Boys Degree College Khaplu during office hours. Eligible bidders: government contractors, suppliers, auto-workshop owners and firms with adequate experience and financial stability. Bidders must not be blacklisted by any government department. Bidders should be registered with SECP or otherwise registered under Form-C where applicable.

Other conditions: Procurement will follow PPRA Rules and GB-PPRA rules. Bids will be evaluated on quality and cost-based selection (QCBS) / single-stage one-envelope procedure as per applicable rules. Tender validity: financial year 2026-2027. The procuring agency reserves the right to increase/decrease quantities or cancel items as per rules.
