Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) — IESCO-PMU invites sealed bids for civil works for the construction of a boundary wall / RCC retaining wall at the 132 kV Lillah Grid Station. Procurement is funded under IESCO’s reserved funds for the procurement plan for FY 2026-27 and will be carried out through a Single Stage One Envelope procedure adopting the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique.
