Directorate General Procurement publishes Tender Notices for supply of tyres, oils, spares and vehicle equipment (FY 26-27)

Directorate General Procurement is publishing multiple Tender Notices (FY-26-27 and related reference numbers) inviting bids for supply of vehicle tyres (various sizes, tubeless and tube type), diesel fuel, lubricating oils and greases, hydraulic and transmission fluids, engine and MT spares, brake fluid, self‑propelled/towed equipment spares, reconnaissance/tactical service components and other automotive and artillery items. Each entry in the notice lists a Tender No. (for example 01-1716-2-C, 01-1720-2-C, 25-1270-FY, 26-27-07-C, 7-1558, 25-1273-FY, etc.), nomenclature of items, quantities, period of supply (typically 12 months), and whether indigenous or for import.

Interested suppliers and contractors (indigenous and import) should collect tender documents and submit bids according to the collection, submission and opening dates shown against each Tender No. in the published notice. The advertisement contains specific collection and submission times and multiple closing/opening dates (for example dates in Sep–Nov 2026 and into 2027 are shown against various items). Suppliers must follow the dates and instructions printed against the relevant Tender No. when applying.
