Capital Development Authority (CDA) invites interested investors to an open auction of prime hotel plots in Islamabad. The auction will be held on 23rd & 24th September 2026 at Gandhara Citizen Club, F-9 Park, Islamabad. Bidders should arrive by 10:00 am. Token issuance for overseas investors will be facilitated at least one day before the auction.
Prime benefits and payment terms include a 1-year flexible payment plan, possession on 75% payment (subject to valid bank guarantee from a local scheduled bank for the remaining amount), building plan approval after a 25% deposit, a 5% rebate on total payment if settled within 30 days, and an additional 5% rebate on full payment in USD. CDA will provide facilitation for utilities, electric line shifting, sewerage upgradation, land clearance and related services. Payments can be made through Roshan Digital Accounts (RDA) or local bank channels.
