Capital Development Authority (CDA) invites interested investors and developers to an open auction of designated hotel plots across Islamabad. Auction dates: 23rd & 24th September 2026. Venue: Gandhara Citizen Club, F-9 Park, Islamabad. Time: 10:00 AM.

Key payment terms & benefits:
- 1-year flexible payment plan with an easy and convenient schedule.
- Possession may be granted upon payment of 75% of total amount (subject to provision of a valid bank guarantee for the remaining amount).
- Building plan approval after payment of 25% deposit.
- 5% rebate on total payment if paid within 30 days.
- Additional 5% rebate on full payment in USD.
