National Database & Registration Authority (NADRA) Logistics Limited invites applications for Monitoring & Compliance Officer positions to support monitoring, compliance and franchisee oversight for the e-Sahulat franchise network.

Key Responsibilities: Monitor and ensure compliance of the e-Sahulat franchisee network with policies, procedures and operational standards; implement monitoring and compliance mechanisms, checklists, SOPs and reporting frameworks; coordinate with regional teams, franchisees and stakeholders to resolve issues; analyze compliance data and prepare periodic reports; monitor franchisee performance and identify trends, issues and risks; represent the department in relevant meetings and manage related correspondence.

Required Competencies: Proven experience in monitoring/compliance functions, ability to implement SOPs and reporting mechanisms, strong coordination and communication skills, and capacity to work with regional teams and external stakeholders. Candidates must have degrees recognized and attested by HEC.
