Key responsibilities: monitor and ensure compliance of e-Sahulat franchisee activities; implement monitoring and compliance mechanisms, checklists, SOPs and reporting frameworks; follow-up with regional teams, franchisees and stakeholders for issue resolution; analyze operational data and prepare periodic reports; monitor franchisee performance and identify trends, recurring issues and risks; coordinate with regional teams for implementation of compliance SOPs; support achievement of departmental objectives and timelines; prepare correspondence, reports and presentations; represent the department in relevant meetings and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders; and perform other duties as assigned by reporting officer.
