Issuer: Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB) — national initiative to grow Pakistan’s IT exports. PSEB seeks a Project Director to lead the Revamping of the IT Industry Landscape of Pakistan, delivering programs across three fronts: Skills (training partners and programs), Ecosystem (frameworks to help IT companies start, grow and export), and Marketing (position Pakistan as a tech destination).

| Experience | Minimum 10 years post-qualification experience in senior managerial roles. Must have at least 5 years experience handling project activities in PSDP/ADP/Government projects. Experience in finance, HR/operations-related functions, capacity building programs and strategic management is required. |
| Role & Responsibilities | Lead the national project across skills development, ecosystem building and marketing; select training partners; shape programs to prepare IT talent; build frameworks to support IT companies to start, scale and export; and lead Pakistan’s marketing as a tech destination. The role carries decision-making authority and accountability. |
